Shipping & Delivery
When it arrives at your door, your mattress delivered via a Sealy delivery team or shipping company team, they are trained in handling the mattress and protocol of delivery. The setup is very simple.
Typically, your Sealy mattress will arrive in 5 to 7 days. But sometimes, due to out of stock or for custom sizes, we need to order from the factory Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and delivery will take 2 to 3 weeks maximum.

We are off Friday, we can ship faster, check with your points of sale.
For most orders, the carrier will leave the box at your front door. If you have special delivery needs, call our customer care staff.
Call us. In some cases, we can change your delivery address, depending on where the shipment is in the process. There may be a fee to make the change. It’s important to know that the carrier cannot change the shipping address unless our Customer Care staff requests it.
Currently, all of our mattresses ship from our UAE warehouse. Sometimes, we need to order out of stock models or customized items from factory in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia(KSA).

Set-up is simple: open the package, pull out the mattress, place it on the bed/foundation and unwrap it. Be sure to consult the instructions included in the box! If delivered by the delivery team they will setup the set.
Once unwrapped, your Sealy mattress should be mostly ready to use within an hour.

When your Sealy arrives, there may be a slight scent. Think of this like the scent in your new car or new furniture. It’s the result of the cells in the foam opening. The most important thing to know is that the scent will disappear within a day or two.
Product Care
You can spot clean your cover. The cover is not meant to be taken off or washed. If you are trying to remove a stain, dampen a cloth (do not saturate) with a mixture of water and delicate-friendly detergent. Gently scrub the spot and let air dry.
If you’re not happy with the feel of your new mattress, you have the option to return it or exchange it. But we recommend sleeping on it for 30 nights—it can sometimes take a while to get used to a new mattress, especially if your old mattress was worn. But of course you can return it at any time during the first 100 nights.
You can use any sheet set designed to fit your selected mattress height. For the bottom sheet, a fitted sheet with strong elastic fitted works best.

We believe you’ll fall in love with your mattress. We want you to be confident, so we offer our 100-Night trial period. We ask you to try it for 30 nights, and if (during the first 100 nights) you don’t love your new mattress, call us. We will work with you to address your concerns. If we can’t find a way to make you happy, we will take the mattress back, replace it or refund your money.
The Sealy beds comes in different feels currently. If the mattress is too firm, it should naturally soften with time. We recommend at least 30 days of use to get your body used to the feel of a new mattress.
If you’re unhappy with your Sealy, call us. We’ll work with you to return your mattress. Depending on where you live, some of the options for “return” might include picking up the mattress by our team or by a logistic company. In any case, once you confirm the return, we’ll issue a refund within 5 business days.
We want you to love your Sealy mattress and know it can take the body at least 30 days to adjust to a new mattress. So, we give you 100 nights to try it out for free.

The Sealy series of 25-29 cm height mattress has a 5 year full-replacement limited warranty, and Sealy series of 30-39 cm height beds have a 10 year in addition to full-replacement.

First, rest assured that it’s unlikely to happen—we’ve tested this bed extensively, and it’s proven that it can hold up for years of use. However, if it does happen, any indentations 2.5 cm or deeper are covered by the Limited Warranty.

Before we started to sell Sealy, we tested it using a full set of industry-standard tests, including VOC, ARA and Fire-Retardant testing. But because we’ve been building mattresses for over 130 years, we add a few that go above and beyond the average to test foam and mattress durability. Rest assured: your mattress has passed a battery of extremely tough tests!
Has Sealy been product tested?
When you order your Sealy mattress, we’ll ship it to by standard shipping for free. So you have more money to spend on things like new sheets. We attached with each product a reference tag sawn to the mattress (Do not remove) to identify the mattress in case you lost your invoice. We will be able to trace your order and take action to your satisfaction.
